MSN is reporting, on there front page, luxury cars on a budget. A budget of $34,000. For a car? A car that lasts, at most, five years? That is crazy. Buy one if you'd like; you'll hear no judgment from me. Just don't claim that it's a "budget" item. Maybe I'm just too poor to understand. But I'm solidly middle class. I'm pretty sure I'd consider a $34,000 a luxury item and not something I buy on a budget.
Etcetera.

I think what they were trying to get at is that you can get a "luxury car" for the low market price of $34,000, instead of the $65,000 to $95,000 range of Beamers, Mercedes, Lexus' and Jags that the attorneys here at my office drive.....At one time I could see myself driving a car that costs that much, but now, I just want a KIA--gas mileage and warranty are my mail focal points!
Nowadays, it's hard to find a mid-size sedan or SUV for under $25,000 though!
