I don't want to workout today.
For two months, I've been working out most days of the week. I like walking with my girlfriends in the park and taking yoga or Pilates classes at the Y. I don't love using the machines at the Y, but at least they are hooked up to the TV.
But I'm stuck at home today (babysitting), I missed my workout yesterday (asthma issues), and I ate out for lunch and will again tonight for supper. I need to workout.
And, just in case I try to skip out, it's written in my planner.
Etcetera.

Kristy,
I love your blog you have taught me so much!!!
I just started working outside the home 4 days a week and am desperately trying to find some sort of planner peace well more of a time management peace lol. Now I have even less time to exercise but I know it will help me in the long run energy and health wise.
Big hugs,
Ivy
I know how you feel. Just do it and you will feel better. Happy.
I know how you feel! It is funny how writing things down make them "official." If you don't do it, you can see the unfinished task and it's harder to just blow things off.
