Diagonal Boxes
I put a task list that must be done at a certain time of day on a diagonal and in a box.
See how easy it is to decide what needs to be done this morning?
Tasks with Context Codes
If a task must be scheduled (because it is time-sensitive, like an errand while I'm already going to a nearby appointment), I keep my check circle and context code with it.
That way, I can't miss it as I move through my day.
Two Column Technique
If I need to know someone else's schedule, but not DO anything, I write their schedule in the right column.
For example, "A OFF" means my husband gets off work at 5 p.m.
